Sponsoring WordCamp Pisa is a great way to support the local WordPress community. The entire event takes place over two days:
- Friday, November 21, 2025 – Contributor Day – A day dedicated to collaborating on the Open Source WordPress project
- Saturday, November 22, 2025 – WordCamp – A one-day conference featuring talks by professionals and enthusiasts

- Dedicated sponsor page on the WordCamp Pisa website with a long-form text (5–7 paragraphs) and an introductory video.
- Conference day tickets: 4
- Invitations to the pre-conference speaker/sponsor evening event (November 21, 2025): 4
- Sponsor area table/space: individual, size 75×178 cm, provided. You may bring your own structure and customize the space.
- Roll-up banner: possibility to display 1 roll-up banner in one of the conference rooms.
- 2 individual social media posts (Facebook, Instagram) on the WordCamp Pisa accounts, scheduled before the event.
Silver level (5 available) – € 1.300
- Medium logo on the dedicated sponsors page of the website, in printed materials, and on the opening and closing slides.
- Personal thank-you post on the WordCamp Pisa website blog.
- Dedicated sponsor page on the WordCamp Pisa website with a medium-length text (3–4 paragraphs).
- Conference day tickets: 3
- Invitations to the pre-conference speaker/sponsor evening event (November 21, 2025): 3
- Sponsor area table/space: individual, small (83×83 cm), provided. You may bring a roll-up banner to place behind or beside the table.
- 1 individual social media post (Facebook, Instagram) on the WordCamp Pisa accounts before the event.
Bronze level (5 available) – € 500
- Small logo on the dedicated sponsors page of the website and on the opening and closing slides.
- Group thank-you post on the WordCamp Pisa website blog.
- Dedicated sponsor page on the WordCamp Pisa website with a short text (1–2 paragraphs).
- Conference day tickets: 2
- Invitations to the pre-conference speaker/sponsor event (November 21, 2025): 2
- Sponsor area table/space: shared with other sponsors and managed by WordCamp volunteers.
- 1 group social media post (Facebook, Instagram) on the WordCamp Pisa accounts before the event.
Copper level (unlimited) – € 70
- Avatar-style logo on the dedicated sponsors page of the website and on the opening and closing slides.
- Group thank-you article on the WordCamp Pisa website blog.
- Conference day ticket: 1
- Invitation to the pre-conference speaker/sponsor evening event (November 22, 2025): 1
- 1 group social media post (Facebook, Instagram) on the WordCamp Pisa accounts during the event.
Additional information
- Invoices related to the sponsorship will be issued directly by the WordCamp Community Team. The invoice will, therefore, be without VAT
- Payment must be made by bank transfer or PayPal: in this case, it is appreciated, but not mandatory, an additional fee to cover the 3% payment processing costs.
- All sponsors must sign an agreement that will be sent to you upon receipt of your application.
